Delivery & Shipping
• Located within 100km of major airports and ports for convenient logistics
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and quantity
• We assist with all shipping and customs documentation
• Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to carrier
Intellectual Property
• Customer retains rights to their proprietary designs and specifications
• AidKitchens retains rights to manufacturing processes and general knowledge
• Confidentiality agreements available upon request
• Custom molds remain property of AidKitchens unless otherwise agreed
6. Warranty & Liability
Product Warranty: We warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for the period specified in individual product specifications.
Quality Commitment: Every product undergoes comprehensive testing including security testing, drop testing, and temperature rise testing before shipment.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of defective products. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for ensuring products meet their local market requirements and regulations.
